The majority of people living in this comunity are students or senior persons. Location: Southwest of Calgary, close to Mount Royal University. Transportation: 73 bus 10mins to Chinook, 112 bus 15mins to DT, 72 bus 30mins to UofC. About the unit: The whole unit is pretty clean with a laundry room inside the unit. The bedroom available is big with a bed, a desk and a big closet and a large window making the room bright. The important thing is the place has never rented before. Ｖｅｒｙ　ｃｏｏｌ　ｉｎ　ｓｕｍｍｅｒ！！！！！　Ａｎｄ　ｈｅａｔ　ｉｓ　ｐｏｗｅｒｆｕｌ！！！！ About rent: $650/month not include power and internet. There are 2 private parking spots are free to use. Other info: the place is pretty good, there is palaza just right outside the apartment. The palaza has IDA, 7/11, petro-canada, starbucks, a bar, some resturants and a gym. And 112 bus takes you about 10 mins to WestHill mall where are Ciniplex, safeway, superstore, chapter, winners, bestbuy and some banks' branch. 73 and 306 buses go to westbrook mall. This location is so convenient. About me: I am studying Computer Sicense in MRU, so I am busy on my study. I am quite and neat, non-smoker, never taken drugs, no party. That would be very good thing for the people who want to focus on their study, and have a very good rest at home after work. I am respecful, resposible and easygoing, sometime I hangout with my friends，play PS4 or watch some movie. I am looking for neat roommate, love clean living condition and no drug.
